Creating a Compassionate Life
I am poet. I have always created. I consider all art--Life itself--to be poetry-- A Way toward empathy. At the beginning of covid lockdown, in March 2020, I began sharing daily Being Now Meditations-- mostly nature and dream watercolor studies with Zen text chronicles about Joyful moments.
